1. To open an email with attachments in the Viewing Client, select Email from the Splash screen:

2. the Viewing Client opens and the email is displayed:

3. To see the attachments, click on the Paper Clip icon located on the right-hand side of the toolbar:

4. The attachments are displayed in the panel on the left-side of the Viewing Client:

Note that long file names will wrap inside the panel so you can see the full file name and the document extension.

5. To view the attachments, click on the name of the attachment you want to view:

6. The attachment opens in a new tab or window (based on what your preference is set to in your browser):
